A rare opportunity to taste how time\, growing conditions and winemaking shape each bottle. \nA vertical tasting explores the same wine across multiple vintages\, tasted side by side to reveal how its character evolves from year to year. For this special evening\, Doffo Winery will open four vintages of its Private Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon—2021\, 2022\, 2023 and 2024—from the cellar. \nWinemakers will guide guests through the vintages\, sharing the story behind each growing season and the distinct aromas\, flavors and structure expressed in every wine. \nChef Jillian Fae has created a progressive dinner pairing designed to complement each Cabernet while highlighting the differences between vintages.
