Ingredients:
1 pound of beef tenderloin, cut into cubes
1/2 cup aji panca paste or chili paste
1/4 cup olive oil
6 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp. Red wine vinegar
2 tsp. Dry oregano
2 tsp. Ground cumin
2 tsp. Smoked paprika
1 tsp. Turmeric
2 tsp. Sea salt
1 tsp. Fresh ground black pepper
Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix garlic and aji panca paste. Next, add your oregano, cumin, paprika, turmeric, sea salt and pepper. Add olive oil and vinegar and stir thoroughly to complete the marinade. Combine beef with marinade, place in fridge to marinate for at least 1 hour. Preheat grill and place meat on skewers. Grill meat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, depending your preferred level of doneness.
