Roll up your sleeves and join us for an immersive harvest experience in Marcelo’s personal vineyard, where you will pick, sort, de-stem, and take part in a traditional grape stomp as the winemaking process begins. Following the harvest, enjoy a breakfast paired with wine and Sparkling Paulina, along with an exclusive first look at our new Ranch Production Facilities, marking a memorable start to your journey.
SPRING BARREL TASTING

Return in the spring for a guided barrel tasting with the winemaking team, where you will sample your wine as it matures and gain insight into its progression. This intimate experience is complemented by a thoughtfully curated seasonal luncheon, bringing together education, flavor, and connection.
FALL BOTTLING FINALE
Saturday, November 6, 2027
Complete your winemaking journey by bottling, corking, waxing, and labeling the wine you helped create. This final experience takes place in our MotoBarrel Room, where the process concludes with a traditional Argentine asado luncheon, followed by an afternoon of food, wine, and celebration alongside your fellow Barrel Club members.
