Whether you’re just starting your Doffo journey or you’ve been with us for years, we offer two core membership options to match your lifestyle and love of wine. Both the MotoDoffo Heritage Club and the Legacy Club offer priority access to our small-lot wines, generous perks, and invitations to exclusive member events—so the only question is: how much Doffo do you want in your life?

Doffo Wine Club Terms & Conditions

• Members of the Doffo Legacy Club and the MotoDoffo Heritage Club will receive four allotments of wine each year.
• Members will be notified of upcoming wine club releases via email, and credit cards on file will be charged on the 1st day of the month of the wine club run.
• Doffo wine clubs are subscription based and will continue until member requests to cancel.
• Member benefits and discounts are granted through the agreement member will purchase a minimum of 3 club orders. Cancelation prior to the 3rd order will incur a $50 early termination fee.
• Additional purchases made outside of designated club orders will not be counted towards the requirement of 3 shipments.
• Members are required to keep payment, contact, and delivery information up to date.
• Accounts will be charged on the first of the month, at which time the will-call (pickup) members may begin picking up their orders. Shipping order will begin shipping the first Monday after the 1st of the month.
• An adult over 21 must sign for all deliveries. Member will be charged for any fees related to returns or re-routing shipments.
• Membership is limited to 2 people. Member must be present to use benefits.
• All wine club members and their guests authorize Doffo Winery to publish any photographs of themselves for use in marketing and company publications.

Wine Club Cancellation Policy

• Doffo Wine Club is a subscription and will continue until you request to cancel your membership with us. You may cancel your membership after receiving 3 club releases, including your initial purchase to begin your membership. It is the members responsibility to notify the Doffo Wine Club department to cancel their membership.
• Shipments processed prior to cancellation are non-refundable.
• All cancellation requests must be done via email to wineclub@doffowines.com.
• A membership is not cancelled until confirmed by a wine club representative. 

Wine Club Shipping Policy

• We are working hard to streamline our shipping process and improve our communications with regards to shipping orders.
• Wine club orders are scheduled to be shipped on the first Monday of the month. As we pack your order we may create a shipping label, which may send you an email notifying you that your order is being shipped. Please keep in mind that your order will be shipped on the scheduled shipping date, even if you receive this email days before. Your tracking information will be updated once your order ships.
• Shipping of your wine club order may be delayed due to severe weather in our area, your area, or the route between. We will not ship if our/your weather is 85 degrees or higher. We will not ship if your weather or weather between us is below 35 degrees. Orders will be held until weather permits.
• An adult aged 21 or over must be present to sign for the delivery. Any shipment returned or needing to be rerouted due to an incorrect address or inability to deliver will incur additional charges.
